This eBook sets out the high-level things you need to start thinking about and considering if you want to be successful in the drone industry. It’ll start to get you asking questions that will make designing the journey for your clients much easier and it’ll help make where you want to be, what success looks like for you, much clearer in your head.

In this lesson, we outline the 4 pillars of business that you’ll need to understand if you want to be successful and grow a great business in the drone industry.

I walk you through an overview of Marketing; what it means to us as drone business owners and how we need to start marketing ourselves to our target audience.

Then we take a look at Sales. What is a sales process? Why do we need create one and what does that sales process for drone operators need to look like? How can you build a journey that you can take your customer on and converts them from a lead, into a customer and keeps them coming back again and again and again?

Next, we talk about product delivery… We look at shifting our mindset from just flying a drone in exchange for money, to creating a solution for our ideal client. We discuss that, in taking this different approach, it means we’re no longer in the race to the bottom on price and how this stops you having to compete with ALL the other drone pilots in the market.

Finally, in this lesson, we turn our attention to the financial side of the business… We explore the things you need to think about when it comes to charging an appropriate fee for your solution and the additional things you need to think about to help you grow your drone business profitably and sustainably.

There’s also a downloadable worksheet in this lesson, that guides you through some of the critical things you need to consider and get clarity on before you start to build and craft your drone solution and look to deliver that to your clients.

In step 1, we look at how to attract people to us. How do we start to get our name out there? What do we need to do to make people aware of us and get those digital eyeballs from across the internet looking in our direction?

We take a look at how to start to generate some noise and start making ourselves stand out from the crowd in the most effective way… So that we’re not wasting our time and money creating content or social posts but so we’re using our time and money in the most effective way possible.

In step 2, we look at the methods and techniques you need to create and employ in order to start creating leads. We look at what we need to do, to start turning the traffic and people who are now visiting us and becoming aware of us… How we take those digital eyeballs and we start to get to know them. What does it take to get someone to become a lead and why is this important to us?

This is a CRITICAL step in setting up your business pipeline and is one of the key elements that makes the difference between drone pilots who make a bit of money on the side once a month and those who go on to BUILD successful life-changing businesses and opportunities in the drone industry.

In step 3, we start to look at the lead nurturing process… What do we need to do to take all those leads that we’re now starting to generate, nurture those leads and convert them into customers.

We look at the tools and concepts we need to create and use, to turn people who are now aware of us and our solution, into people who’ll actually exchange money with us for the solution that we’ve created specifically for them.

In Step 4, We take a look at building your Offer… The thing you’re going to create to be able to actually SELL your services and your solution to your leads.

In this lesson, I walk you through the process of creating your offer and show you the NUMBER ONE method we’ve found, implemented and used to great success through our years in the Drone Industry.

This method alone has allowed us to WIN business ahead of others and sell our solutions to more clients than we ever thought possible.

We explore the concept that you don't have to become an EXPERT in your field... In-fact, if you leverage this concept properly, you might not have to become an expert in anything!
